Do all of my quizzers need a QuizMaster™ license?

Each person who receives either printed or electronic benefit from The QuizMaster™ software must purchase a software license. This includes, but is not limited to, printed question sets and lists, keyword lists, shared computers, and siblings using the same computer. The material in The QuizMaster™ is copyrighted, and as such, should be treated as you would any protected work.

What is your return policy?

Defective material and mistakes in shipments will be replaced immediately at no additional cost to you. Material may be returned within 30 days of purchase. (An exception to this policy is for QuizMaster™ software licenses, which may not be returned.)

Please call and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning material. Return material to:

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Special orders, and items on backorder, are shipped as soon as they are available.

Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders receive priority attention. However, they are not guaranteed to arrive overnight. Please allow one business day for order processing before shipment.

Delivery days for Expedited and Overnight orders are Monday through Friday, and exclude holidays.

Canada and International orders: Though expedited methods of shipment arrive more quickly than ground shipments, they are not guaranteed to arrive overnight (due to hightened security at the border).
